This site is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to use it. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To be clear about what that means here: vr4adults.com covers VR adult entertainment editorially — reviews, comparisons, and guides. The site itself does not host explicit media (see Section 2), but the subject matter is adults-only, and the age requirement applies regardless of what a given page contains.
What you are confirming
Each time you use this site, and not only on your first visit, you represent and warrant that:

2. What This Site Is
vr4adults.com is an independent editorial publication about VR adult entertainment: reviews, comparisons, buying guides, and general information.
We do not host, produce, or stream explicit video content ourselves. Any explicit media referenced or linked from this site lives on third-party platforms that we do not operate.
Because of that, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not attach to this site. Those requirements fall on the producer of a visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct. We produce no such material, we do not host it, and we do not publish explicit imagery of any kind — our illustrations are hardware, product shots, interface screenshots and clothed promotional portraits.
We are not affiliated with, and do not operate, any of the platforms, studios, or hardware brands covered on this site, except where a partnership is explicitly disclosed on the relevant page.
3. Use of Content / Intellectual Property
The text, reviews, comparisons, and guides on this site — the writing itself and the way the information is organized and presented — belong to the site operator, unless otherwise credited.

Copyright complaints
If you believe material published on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, write to contact@vr4adults.com with “Copyright complaint” in the subject line, and include:
- Your name, address and email address
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed
- The exact URL on this site where the material appears
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that under penalty of perjury you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
We review complaints in the order they arrive and normally respond within five business days. Where a complaint is substantiated, we remove or disable the material and tell the person who submitted it what we did. Where it is not, we say so and explain why.
Misrepresentation in a takedown notice carries liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for the resulting costs and damages. Do not use this route to remove a review you dislike.
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was wrong, you can reply to the same address with a counter-notice identifying the material, its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact details.
Repeat infringement ends access: where two substantiated complaints concern the same source, we stop publishing material from it.
Material hosted elsewhere. We do not host explicit media. If the material you are concerned about is on a platform we link to, the complaint has to go to the operator of that platform — we cannot remove anything from a site we do not run.
Performer and rights-holder requests
If you appear in material on a platform we write about and you want a reference to it removed from this site, write to contact@vr4adults.com. Requests of this kind are treated ahead of everything else.

4. Affiliate Relationships
